TruWealth COVID-19 Update

Dear Clients and Friends of TruWealth,

I hope that you are managing OK under the current difficult circumstances.

I have attached a video statement as I feel that it is important for all of us to communicate now more than ever.

It’s OK to feel worried, as this is a situation none of us have encountered before. Talking about your feelings of stress or uncertainty is a good way to help you work through them.

We are here to listen to your concerns. We can’t promise that things will be safe or certain. But I can assure you that, as a family, we will work together to manage whatever comes up in the future.

During times like this it is so important that we work together and support each other.

In light of the recent developments regarding creating social distance, travel restrictions, questions about school closures and messages from Australian Department of Health and the World Health Organisation, Australians need to work together to flatten the infectious curve and save countless lives.  At TruWealth, we are implementing the following measures:

  • Work from home policy. All Truwealth employees and contractors will self-isolate and work from home if possible

  • Where possible, all client meetings will be held via teleconference, phone, Zoom and Skype

  • Our mobile numbers are

Natallia 0401 080 907

Kate 0417 801 892

  • Our Records of Advice, Statement of Advice and any other communication of advice and recommendations will be provided to you via email.

The recent correction in equities will reverse once we see the treat of the virus passed and we will see a recovery.

Remember, whilst it is not clear when the worst is over, until it’s already passed, the best course of action is to stay stress free and healthy.

We will be in touch with you with any further developments, but please let us know if you have questions or concerns regarding your investments.

Staying clear and true to your goals is vital.  Don’t hesitate to reach out if you want to chat over the coming weeks.

Warm regards,

Natallia
